Help Us Stock the Teacher Pantry
As we gear up for another exciting school year, let’s make sure every South Whidbey Elementary student has the tools they need to thrive.
SWEPTA is launching our Teacher Pantry—a year-round resource for educators to replenish classroom supplies and ensure all kids have what they need, when they need it.
When you’re doing your back-to-school shopping, consider picking up a few extra supplies to donate. Markers, pencils, glue sticks, notebooks—these simple items make a huge difference in a child’s day.
Why it matters:
Teachers often spend their own money to keep classrooms stocked.
Some families can’t provide everything on the supply list.
A well-stocked pantry means every child can fully participate in learning, all year long.
How to donate:
Bring your items to the collection bin in the school lobby starting [date]. We’ll keep the pantry stocked so teachers can “shop” for supplies whenever they need them.
Let’s come together as a community to make sure no student is left without the basics. Your generosity helps keep our classrooms creative, collaborative, and ready for learning!
Suggested supplies:
Pencils & pens
Glue sticks
Crayons & markers
Notebooks & folders
Disinfecting wipes
Tissues
Thank you for supporting our teachers, our students, and our school community!
